For us newly minted attendings, what is everyone using for logging your cases? I'm in bashing my head about it here, and the only thing I can think of right now is finding a database program for a desktop/laptop to keep track of my caseload.

Why on earth do you personally need to log your cases?

Whomever is doing your billing should be able to produce a list for you of all the cases you did including the procedures (via CPT codes) if you need it. I still don't understand why you would need this. Once you're credentialed initially it will be unlikely that there will be an issue that comes up when you're re-credentialed, unless you ask for some new procedure, etc.

You're an attending now. Relax a little. 😉
