An example might be 200 TFESI/year, or something along those lines. I know other specialty societies have guidelines like these.

D deleted131481 May 15, 2020 #2 I don't recall seeing anything like this before. I was curious so I took a look at my case logs from fellowship a couple of years ago. It has minimums on there which I think are ACGME-mandated but not certain. TFESI is listed at 5 and ILESI at 15.
