According to the email, it is a "continuing review", all the way through May 1.
Your application for admission to the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine was recently reviewed by the Admissions Committee. Your application has been placed in a hold category and will be kept open for continuing review as we progress through the year. Acceptance offers are made on a rolling basis from October through March. All applicants are notified no later than May 1 of the final action of the Committee including placement on the alternate list.

Please note that it is not possible for us to release any status information to you and we ask that you please not call the admissions office in this regard. However, we do welcome any updates to your file that you may wish to submit as the year progresses. We wish you the best.

I was placed on hold post-interview in November and just got the acceptance phone call this week!
