Case Report Friendly Emergency Medicine Journals?

Looking to publish a fairly novel case report in a relatively higher impact EM journal that is open to such submissions. From my understanding, Annals of EM doesn't really publish case reports. It appears WestJEM does. Hoping to avoid Cureus. Any other recommendations?

Otherwise WestJEM, Journal of EM, AJEM should be good targets.
