Not trying to be a jerk here, but you're not likely to get a ton of help with a post like that. Seeing as this is an almost entirely anonymous forum, why can't you just post the case?
 
The localization sounds correct from the exam you're giving. UMN doesn't just indicate cortex. The UMN starts in the cortex and extends to the spinal cord until it synapses with the LMN. So you an get a babinski from a cord lesion just like increased reflexes. It just indicates a "central" process, which is brain and spinal cord.
