I have been fortunate to interview at the following programs this cycle that I am very interested in: Cleveland Clinic, UMich, Rochester, Cinci, OSU, and Case. I am interested in vascular neurology, but want to explore all subspecialties before deciding on what fellowship to pursue. What recommendations/considerations would you give about this list of programs, including reputation, culture, schedules, and location?

UMich and CC are my top choices right now out of the lot - could anyone also share the differences between those two programs specifically?
