If your undergrad is from one of them, then I'd definitely go to the other to make your resume well-rounded (since they're both equally good schools). Other factors: Is one closer to your family than the other? Which is cheaper? I hear the UVA campus is really nice, how is Case's campus? Do you want to get a residency in Ohio or Virginia ? If so, then their respective school would help. In what do you want to specialize? Does either school have a better match list for that ?
