i applied to the MSTP at case western, and i got an interview invitation from the medical school (i think), does that mean the interview is only for the medical school? i am assuming yes.

It should say which program the interview is for. If it is the "university program' then I think it is not the MSTP. These are just conjectures, as I applied only for the university program. When in doubt, call 😀
