Casper Timing?

So it looks like several schools I'm looking at require I take the Casper. When I look at the testing dates on the Casper website, I see a bunch between May 2018 and Jan 2019, which I assume are for the current cycle, but none for the next cycle.

I'm applying this summer. Should I plan to take it in Jun/July or does it matter if I wait until I get all my secondaries in (July/Aug)? Once I take it, can I use it for all the schools I apply to, or do I need to identify my schools before I take it?

At the schools that require CASPer, your application is usually not considered complete until both your score from the exam and your secondary are in. So, with that in mind, I'd say go for it after your primary is submitted and before secondaries begin to roll in.

If I remember correctly, I had to identify at least one school to transmit my score to before I took the exam. You can add additional schools throughout the cycle.
