CASPR Drug Screening?

AACPM website says XYZ V.A. program requires "Drug Screen" with app.
Is this the V.A. program conducting, or do I have to order it myself?

When I went through this years ago, the VA Program (i.e., employee health at XYZ V.A.) took care of it.

I was hoping for a good story like "I accidentally smoked too much and I have a CASPR drug test in 5 days, what are my options".
