Congratulations on seeking a fulfilling career in the field of anterior segment refractive surgery. I was in your position just a year ago, deciding on whether to pursue a fellowship. How will I become the refractive surgeon I envision for myself? Who will help me navigate the plethora of constantly evolving technology? What do I need to do to achieve the volume and experience I need to confidently step into the field of refractive surgery? I am very happy to have decided to train with Dr. Shamik Bafna and Dr. Bill Wiley at CEC. There is a track record of excellence at this fellowship program. Being only about a month into my fellowship, I can already see it will be an amazing experience. Everyone here is fully invested in the fellowship.
