UW QID:8784 Pretty straightforward question asking what causes pain with eye movements, proptosis, ophthalmoplegia, and diplopia. The answer was bacterial sinusitis.

Does anyone know what organism/s cause it?

step pneumonia, H.influenza and M.catarrhalis, the same that cause otitis. These also cause sinusitis. If i am not wrong

Yeah, highest yield USMLE concept is that sinusitis classically can spread to the orbit.

The ethmoid has a really thin section called the linea papyracea (IIRC), via where the spread occurs.

This is also why I recommend using UpToDate with UWorld. It's easy to just check that and they'll tell you definitively which organisms are most common.
