Any 6year OMFS residents able to comment on if they scored higher on the actual step 1 compared to their CBSE-correlated score?

Yes, I scored 25pts higher on step 1 than my CBSE conversion score.

CBSE is a good predictor for Step 1. I far surpass my CBSE on the actual Step.

I'd bet almost everyone does better on Step 1 than CBSE. You know how to study and take the exam.

unlikely you'll score lower unless you have an amazing cbse and/or don't care anymore. also i could see your score being lower if you go to a program where you take it before residency or take it right after a brutal intern year.
