So, I completely bombed this passage and attribute most of it to not being able to read this graph:

Can someone please explain what's going on in this graph? What does everything mean? 🙁

Ok, I think I remember this one.

So the white bar = wild type = a normal organism with no mutation and no drug or anything added to it.

We'll call the white bar bar 1.

Bars 2-4 represent an organism that has CatL and does not have CatB. The X-axis for all the bars represents something you add to it. So the first tall gray bar = add CatB.

Bars 5-8 represent an organism that does not have CatL or CatB. The X-axis, again, represents something you add to it. If you add both CatL and CatB, there is a decent outcome, but not as good as wildtype.
