I am really late applying to CCOM, but I was wondering if anyone that has already applied would be willing to post or PM me with some of the questions on the secondary. I would like to get a head start so that I can submit my application as soon as I get the secondary.

Pretty simple, really:

The following two documents are REQUIRED components of this supplemental application.

1. Attach a copy of your resume or curriculum vitae, including the following information:
· Educational history (colleges attended and degrees earned)
· Work history
· College extracurricular activities, honors, and leadership responsibilities
· Community activities, honors, and leadership responsibilities
· Medically related work and volunteer experiences
· Hobbies and nonacademic interests

2. Attach a response to the following question (500 words or fewer):
Why are you seeking a career in osteopathic medicine, and why do you believe CCOM would provide you with the type of osteopathic medical education you are seeking?

Best of luck! I really do think that CCOM read my essay, so do a good job!

Thanks for the help! I'm a non-trad with a family and we live in the Chicago area...so I really need to get in! 🙂
