MSUCOM (East Lansing)

Pros
-great research opportunities
- ranked quartiles

Cons
- in smaller town
- hard to reach (2+ flights)

MSU. It doesn’t sound like you’re in-state though, so that certainly lowers the cost difference.

The public DO schools are usually known for having more resources though.
