CCS - straightforward cases or zebras or BOTH?

doing the uworld CCS cases now which all seem to be fairly straightforward. is this a reflection of the real thing, or are there curveball cases as well in the CCS exam?

They seem very straight forward, but I suppose I don't really know if I got them correct...
