CCS: To order FOBT or not to order?

Hello on CCS I have noticed that there is a comment about occult blood as part of the rectal exam on physical examination.

Should I just take that information? Or should I order FOBT in the order set anyway?

Common sense indicates just to order the FOBT (since it won't cost me anything)

But just wondering if there is a clearer answer to this?
