I'm having some trouble understanding the CCS.
For example, if you are in the middle and your pt. is still in the hospital and it says THE CASE WILL NOW END, should you write orders as if the pt. is going home, or should you continue current mgmt. in the hospital?
This is not clear to me.
I would appreciate any clarification.

Another question for anyone willing to answer...

When it says "the case will end in 5 min.," and then it goes to the order screen, how do you arrange for a follow up appointment, or do you not have to?
