I took a quick look at their APPIC stats and they had 2 people apply between 2000-2005 for APPIC internships (no #'s if they were accepted), though their website doesn't list a doctoral program, so it probably was dropped after the last listed applicant (2005).
As for CCU in general....Distance learning + Psychology tend to not go well, at least that is my opinion. I admittedly have a strong bias against online learning for clinical, so take my advice with a grain of salt. Do you have any local universities that have programs?
