CDCA grading question

Took the cdca today and class three didnt go great. I never was told I failed but submitted two mod requests for caries removal, one was denied. I also had two instructions to candidate for flash and a deficient margin.

Has anybody heard of getting through the procedure and failing due to loss of points?

I could be wrong about this, but I think they tell you that day if you failed.

Just updating this for anyone else who has to wait for there scores and feels like they might fail when scores are relased - I passed! So one denied mod request and two instruction to candidates is not enough to cause a failure.
