where do you find the certified translator for your degree and transcript as some schools require ?

ECE.org....they are accepted by most schools and some also accept WES.

I had the same problem two days ago, I applied for UIC and they asked me a certified translator until i found one today.
You better check on the ATA site and then write down your zipcode and contact them.
