There's a guy in town who does. I have seen a lot of his victims. Would not recommend.
A known local menace.
I used to do 3 level cervical discograms. Might be my least favorite procedure
Anterior approach. Compress tissue between trachea and scm. Distract carotid lateral a bit. Aim for top of VB Poke. Hit os release tissue while keeping needle tip in place. Then move into disc
Very hard to keep hands out of beam.

Another high risk low reward procedure with little information pointing to improvement in patient outcomes. Where do I sign up?
This is what happens when you stick needles in discs and F around with the nucleus. 1 year between these MRIs.

Who needs an acdf with this technique… saves recovery time and anesthesia risk!

Likely 150% success, because many of the patients come back as the first one did not take.
Out of curiosity, would you only do this procedure at the request of a surgeon prior to surgery? Did you find this provided any sort of relief or influence to your decision making process in any significant way?
