Please let me know if this list seems appropriate and if I should add/take anything away. I appreciate any and all advice! Thank you so much everyone.

GW Drexel NYMC and Rush are going to be rather low yield options and your stats are getting close to their 90th percentile. I'd scratch.
Your MCAT is scraping near WashU's 10th percentile. Another one I'd ditch.
Some clinical experience outside of shadowing and EMT work would also help.

I see about 8 maybe 9 schools on your current list you can go in saying you have a reasonable shot at getting a II. Perhaps call them "targets" if you really want. Not terrible but you can get that number higher. Medical College of Wisconsin, UIC and both Arizona schools would get that number closer to a dozen which is more ideal. Jefferson Oakland and Cincinnati work well here also.

Hi @GrapesofRath , Could you elaborate on what you meant by 90th percentile? If this applicant is in their 90th percentile, wouldn't those schools be great schools to apply to?

P.S I just posted a WAMC thread, if you could help me/provide advice on my thread I would appreciate it!
