CGRP agents, thoughts on which is preferable?

I'm looking for input on the variety of CGRP agents available. Aimovig blocks receptor only vs acting on the CGRP molecule. Aimovig takes longer for onset but specificity is touted as advantage by reps. Which are you using/plan to use and why?

Cheapest and easiest. The one that's an IV has a benefit of helping out an infusion center.

I was struck that this woman does not want to get well with all her being.

What is migraine when those afflicted cling to the sick role and learn to love it, to depend upon it, and to steer their lives by it? It becomes less of a disease state and more of a crutch and excuse for life.
