For the electrochemistry outline (Day 7), what does he mean when he says "shift to right -- higher potential" under the qualitative effect of higher/lower potential?
 
He just means that anything which will shift equilibrium to the right (such as increasing the concentration of reactants) will increase the cell potential. If it helps you to think about it quantitatively, look at the Nernst Equation.
