I feel like with 1 you'll be drawing attention to something potentially negative (I know it's supposed to be a challenge, but this one is more like a "I screwed up"). Why do that when you could write about something else, lol? The other 2 sound good to me

I don't think I have that level of skill 🙁 But is there anything specific you don't like about that idea? Or is it pretty much just conceptually weak in the first place?

And since you don't like the lab job idea, what do you think of me instead writing about being a bit shy/reserved entering college and then gradually overcoming it since then? I've been considering that idea for a while but I'm worried that would give off a vibe of social awkwardness.

A bit shy and reserved? Tons of people are like that. We already interview people like that.

You're going to have to do better. Introspection is a required trait for a doctor.
