I am currently working on the second prompt of Vanderbilt's secondary:

Please discuss a challenging situation or obstacle you have faced in the past. Why was it challenging? How did you handle it? Knowing what you know now, would you do anything differently? What did you learn?

I am an immigrant, and I wanted to write about how my grandfather's passing made me realize how I needed to reevaluate how much work I was putting into my relationships because I hadn't spoken with him in some time before he died. I wrote a draft and I like what I have, but I was wondering if this seems appropriate for the prompt? I was wondering if a more "professional" example would be better suited? Thanks so much for your help!

Advice from @Goro and @gonnif would be very appreciated 🙂
