It's better to apply to a school you really want to go to than to save $130 and always have a bit of regret...just my two cents 🙂

I would say that you are a long shot to get in based on your DAT score. But if it's a lifelong dream to go to Columbia and the rest of the application is strong to offset your stats, then go for it!

I would say a minimum of 21, but even then I didnt apply because I thought my 21 was a little weak since they love high DATs
