The way I see it, if it's a school that you like and would go to if accepted, $130 is nothing. It's better to apply to a school you really want to go to than to save $130 and always have a bit of regret...just my two cents 🙂

1) I would compare your stats to the ADEA guide to see if you would be competitive enough for Columbia.

2) Also take into account that you are now applying later in the game, so that could definitely be a hindrance.

You have a 19AA (~80th percentile).
Average accepted student at Columbia has a 22AA (~96th percentile).

I would say that you are a long shot to get in based on your DAT score.

But if it's a lifelong dream to go to Columbia and the rest of the application is strong to offset your stats, then go for it!

I would say a minimum of 21, but even then I didnt apply because I thought my 21 was a little weak since they love high DATs
