I think you have a shot, but its so hard to know. What are your ec's? Kill your PS and you will be ok. Do you have an upward trend in undergrad?

Decent chance at getting in somewhere with an improve masters gpa. I would say apply to 10 schools to be safe.

What will your Overall and Science GPA be once combined with your masters grades? The application will use all your grades (undergrad and graduate) to calculate your cumulative GPA when you apply.

Well since my masters had Mostly As and some Bs worth of 30 credit units. My TOTAL gpa would be around 3.3? Wouldnt they look at my masters more since its all upper science courses?

Yeah they definitely will take your Graduate GPA in consideration separately, I think you have a great shot! Make sure to apply broadly to privates and OOS friendly public schools
