I am a third year Biomedical engineering student going on to fourth year.
cGPA: 3.424 (Going from 3.120 to 3.424)
sGPA: 3.265
Practice MCAT: 28 (PS: 10/VR: 10/BS: 8) Taking the real one on 9/4/2014

120 hours volunteering at a hospital so far
150 hours nonclinical volunteering
40 hours volunteering at a health clinic

Leadership
President for a fraternity 2014-2015
Vice President of Volunteering for the same fraternity 2013-2014
Clinical club group leader 2012-2014 (Will continue for the year 2014-2015)

Research
Starting new research with skeletal system for the year 2014-2015

Shadowing
9 hours shadowing a family physician MD
60 hours shadowing an orthopedic surgeon DO

I would like to check out more DOs as well, especially the OMT part.
I am interested in Western University, is there anything else I can do to help my chances of admission? Also, how are my chances with other DO schools?

44th percentile. However the MCAT is 69th percentile.

It means 44% of applicants had your sGPA or lower, meaning 56% had a higher sGPA.

I wouldn't worry about your sGPA.
