I've dreamt of becoming a dentist pretty much my whole life, and I would love nothing more than to go dental school and someday practice as a dentist! However, I want to get people's opinions on if dentistry is still a career option for me/if dental school admission is a possibility for me given my current grades. I know that an upward trend in grades is ideal, yet I'm concerned that I won't perform highly in OChem II, or Physics I & II. Thoughts and/or recommendations? Thanks!

You can still be a dentist but your science GPA needs to improve. I'm sure if you really want to be a dentist you'll get your A's and achieve that upwards trend.

I agree, do better from here on out and do well on the DAT and you should be fine. Make sure your shadowing and ECs are up to par as well. "American Chemical Society National Exam, on which I scored 56%, which is 12% above the national average"---really?? I didn't realize it was that low. That really surprises me.
