Chance of acceptance to postbaccalaureate programs?

Hello SDN!

I need help understanding my chances of acceptance to post bacc programs and when to apply.

It's frustrating trying to figure out which programs I'm competitive for and by what date I need to sit the MCAT.

Goal is acceptance to MD/DO school.

Stats:
3.1 sGPA from UC
No official MCAT, but current test scores are 509+.
Extracurricular: medical research, medical assisting, care giving, ER medical scribe (800h), emergency technician(+1200h acute patient care- current job).

I would like to continue my MCAT studying, take the test in the fall, and apply to programs. I have looked at numerous post bacc programs, but I'm feeling overwhelmed with all the options.

Any recommendations for post bacc programs with my current stats? preferably less research based.

You can take science classes at community college to raise your sGPA too.
