So i got dismissed academically during my first stint at school not for cheating but just being on academic probation too long. I started school
back up and am finishing with a bio degree with a 3.62 gpa, I took some time off reprioritized my life and have been doing really well in school. I have hundreds of volunteer and shadow hours. And am taking the DATs in the summer shooting for a 22-23 what are my chances? and what else can i do to improve them?

To be able to even guess, we'd have to know your AADSAS GPA (which will include all the college courses you've ever taken, including any you may have failed and retaken) and your actual DAT score.

if we were to calculate the AADSAS GPA score ourselves with their given tables, are W's to be inclded as well? The W was not included in the table. It only goes up to "F", counted as 0 pts. Will the W be calculated the same way?

Withdraw with fail would be counted, but withdraw with pass would not be counted towards your GPA.

WF will be counted as 0.

As someone else who has been dismissed too, make sure you address somewhere within your application why you were dismissed and what have you learned from it (both for the further info in the AADSAS application, and most likely in your personal statement). Schools like to see you improve and mature as a person.
