Chances and MCAT?

AACPMAS just calculated my GPA. I have a 3.04c 3.39 NS 3.01BCP 2.67S. I'm retaking a class that I bombed right now to boost the science.
I applied to Temple and NY. Haven't taken the MCAT yet.
Any thoughts on if I'll get an interview? I know to aim for the best, but what am I looking for MCAT wise?
I have 12 years of medical and surgical healthcare experience. Also, a lot of volunteering and shadowing.
What are your thoughts?

If you have 12 years medical/surgical experience I am sure you will get in if you have >20 MCAT.

I got accepted to 3 schools thus far this round (one of them temple) and I have a 3.1cum/sci and 22MCAT

Just do the best you can on the MCAT! Preparation is key! I would honestly suggest that you at least earn a 24, but you will likely get in somewhere with a 20+.
