You might be OK for DO, but you need shadowing.

MD school, no. The median GPA for matriculants is 31+. The median GPA is 3.6.

Your cGPA may hurt you at some DO schools (like mine) especially with a declining trend. If you apply broadly, you should be OK.

Not much with a 3.0 and a downward trend. You need to retake any class in which you got a C or lower.
