hello this is not for me but my dad. my dads was a dentist for 20 years but we moved here 10 years ago and he has been studying nbde and toefl for about 5 years. he just wants to get accepted to any school to become a doctor again and does not care too much about which school or how much his salary is.

his current grades for nbde is 76( he took this about 2 years ago)
and his most recent score of toefl is 86. he is in his 50s and is in good health condition. do you think there is any school that will accept him?

Yes they will. I know of dentists his age who have got in too. I think that he should try to improve his TOEFL score, some schools have an requirement of 94 or higher. Good luck! And remember anything is possible.

ya there is nothing like a perfect profile...and now the NBDE is pass fail to schools will be looking up for criteria's other than score...TOEFL has to be improved coz that measures the ability to survive in the US...i mean it shows how efficiently you can get across...other thing ask him to take part 2 asap...schools are preferring people with part 2...with all this i think he should be fine...good luck to him...

Also he should volunteer in community dental clinic to boost the c.v. Personal statement should also be well written.
