~4200 hrs clinical research (3 posters - no pubs (3 currently submitted, ugh) Most of my research work is not of a publishable nature.)
~370 hrs clinical volunteering
~50 hrs non-clinical volunteering (tutoring w/ disadvantaged population)
~50 hrs shadowing (neurosurgery, neurology)
~250 hrs leadership as a volunteer program coordinator (also involved research - 2 posters, 3 oral presentations - local, 1 oral presentation - regional conference).
~300 hrs tutoring/TA-ing during undergrad and post-grad (lab TA, MCAT tutor, USAD tutor)
~800 misc involvement with US Academic Decathlon events, teams & associated test-prep companies (includes both employment & volunteering - primarily writing test prep content such as quizzes, comprehensive exams, etc + volunteering as a judge for nearby competitions).
~30 hours chapter director for national injury prevention foundation (recent start - high projected hours so I may save this for an update letter)
~300 hrs hobby/artistic endeavor - I make and sell hand embroidery
~2600 hrs non-clinical employment - student auxiliary safety patrol during undergrad

Any DO school. I can't recommend Touro-NY, Nova, Wm Carey, LUCOM, for different reasons. MSUCOM? Read up on Larry Nasser and you decide. LMU has an accreditation warning, which concerns me.
