I think that an adcomm is going to take a very close look at your transcript to see why your sGPA is on the low side and if your most recent performance has demonstrated improving capability in the sciences. What will they see?

What's killing my science gap is I've only taken the pre reqs since I'm not a science major and the semester I took bio 1 Chem 1 and physics 1 I ate Cs due to missing a month of school.

Any realistic expectations for mcat score range? (Not hopes, expectations)

Don't know how they relate but on practice test 10 I got a 31 and on 11 I got a 33.

I've thought about doing retakes of bio 1 and Chem 1 since I could bring my gpa to a 3.5 with As in those two classes but I was worried because I wouldn't be able to retake till summer so I wouldn't have grades till June 23rd. Was planning on applying this June and know I need my app complete as early as possible.

AACOMAS (unlike AMCAS) will update your application GPA if you resubmit a formal transcript in midcycle. I am not sure if the recalculation includes grade replacement, though. Maybe @Goro can help answer that question.

Alternatively, if you chose to wait to submit your Primary application until after summer grades came in, I don't think there would be a significant adverse effect on your application season.
