I have a 3.6 cgpa and sgpa and a 21 MCAT 7VR-7PS-7BS
I have one year of clinical volunteering, one year of research, one year of teaching and a half a year of non-medical volunteering.
I have MD shadowing experience and am going to shadow a DO.

I will be applying to all osteopathic schools and apply first day next year.
Any chances I get in anywhere with that MCAT?
Thanks

GPA is good...might balance out your low MCAT a little, but a higher score would all but cement you. 7 might get you screened out from some places. By 'first day next year', do you mean Jan. 1st, or June 1st next cycle? If you're going to apply with low MCATs, you should definitely do it sooner than later.

I'm going to apply first day next cycle.
Any more ideas if its worth applying?

If you're going to apply next cycle, a retake would be worthwhile. You have plenty of time to study, so just hunker down for two months and give it another go.

👍 Best advice anybody can give. A 3.6 won't save you from a 21, maybe a 23-24, but not a 21. It's balanced, but they're also all the lowest score per section that most programs will accept.
