28O MCAT, 3.53 GPA, one publication, leadership positions and volunteering all four years undergrad, medical technology major and taking a year off while working at a children's hospital in a lab.

You should have a decent shot. Just keep in mind the LOR requirements for PCOM, as they are a little different than others.
