Chances for nontraditional applicant with business degrees (BA and MBA)

Interested in applying to MD/DO school for 2013 as career changer, currently out of undergrad for 5 years with business background...any thoughts are appreciated.

MCAT: just took last week, hopefully high 20s

Education:
-BA - Finance/Management from liberal arts school
cGPA: 3.5
sGPA: 4.0 (currently still taking some pre-reqs at night while working full time, will complete by next spring)
-MBA - GPA: 3.7

Experience:
-5 years professional work experience
-- last 3 as project manager for military (several awards for performance)
-Hospital volunteer in undergrad for one semester
-Collegiate athlete - crew team member and coached team junior/senior year

What MCAT score do I need to get into a mid-tier school? Looking at DO schools as well, but prefer MD.

For mid-tier medical schools >32, low-tier >30 and for DO > 26 will suffice.

Just got my scores back, only got a 26Q (11V, 8 BS, 7 PS). Based on the above non-traditional background and my MCAT score, I'm hoping I may have a shot at some DO schools (OH resident), but is there any chance at a lower tier MD school? If so, which ones? Any feedback is appreciated!
