Step 2 is going to make it or break it. It’s like asking “how tall am I going to be” without telling us how tall your parents are haha.

Thanks for your reply. You're right, I think step 2 is going to be a big one for me. Is just that the P weighs heavy on me.

What rotation was the P in? If in psych not nearly as big of a deal as say EM where there’s more overlap with trauma and such
 
You're fine so far - do your best on step 2, and gain leadership experiences w/in your medical school.
For reference, I honored the same number of courses, the same number of pubs, and was 245-255 range for both steps. Lower tier MD. Have 12+ interviews. Matching is a different challenge though. Good luck and keep working.
 
Don't worry about it. If someone asks you about it during interviews, have a good explanation that doesn't sound like you're blaming someone else for the grade. But do well on Step 2 and you will be fine.
