I just graduated from from a top 50 university with an overall gpa of 3.34 and a science gpa of 3.32. I know my gpa is on the low end.
Brief Profile:
URM
Psychology major, Biology Minor
Worked through college, b/w 15-20hrs a week
Shadowed two physicians , 80hours each for over 3 months
Publicity chair for a school organization for one year
Clinical volunteering 150hrs ( over a 2&1/2 years)
Non Clinical : 150 ( over 3 years)
Violist-1O years( a little rusty though😀)
Research for 1 year in a Cellular Biology lab.
I'm also studying for the MCAT and plan on taking it July 28th. What score would I need to compensate for my low gpa?
I'm not aiming for Hopinks, NYU , Harvard or anything thing like that.

URM status = Boom, accepted.

But in all seriousness, July 28th is a pretty late test date (you probably won't be completely verified until September). I'm not going to try to talk you out of that test slot, because a good MCAT is much more important than an early application submission. Without taking into account URM status, you would probably need a 32+ to be competitive (others might say 30+). A 35+ would be an immense boon to your application. I'm not sure how much leeway your URM status gives you in that regard, so hopefully someone here can provide some info (although anecdotal evidence suggests that it can carry you pretty far at some schools).

Otherwise, your ECs look fine.
