Chances for TMDSAS/Some OOS Schools?

I was just on the MSAR today, and I remember seeing LSU with a really impressive 0% OOS interview rate. You may want to look into that, I could be misremembering.
 
University: UT Austin, TX Resident

cGPA: 3.91
sGPA: 3.90
MCAT: 509

Research:
200+ hours in Neuroscience research lab (no pubs)

Volunteering:
200+ hours clinical (university clinic, children's hospital, hospice)
100+ hours misc (Walk to Cure Diabetes, Tutoring children at low-income schools, etc)

Shadowing:
80+ hours shadowing neurologist

Extracurriculars/Leadership:
Natural Sciences Council member
AED Pre-Health Honor Society member
Student Assistant/Teaching Assistant for Clinic Volunteer program
Teaching Assistant for Intro Chemistry

Schools I am applying to:
All TMDSAS schools
Baylor College of Medicine
UCLA Medical School
Tulane Medical School
LSU Medical School

What are my chances? Any advice on schools to add/remove to the list would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Take off all OOS schools, they're a waste of time and money. You should have a handful of II's in Texas. You can apply to Baylor though.
