Chances for Top 5 undergrad?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Your stats are really good, especially all those leadership positions, which is what they are usually looking for. but sometimes the top tier schools are a crapshoot to get interviews. If you do manage, make sure focus on nailing the interview.

Some top tier schools I'm looking at:
Mt. Sinai
Columbia
Cornell
Harvard
Emory
Vanderbilt
Stanford

Other schools:

Temple, Drexel, Jefferson, NJMS, Wake Forest, Tufts, BU, GW, Georgetown, etc.

Thank you.
Looking at AAMC data, past applicants applying through AMCAS with a 3.91/34 had an 86% chance of an acceptance. As your ECs are solid (where timeframes are included) and seem to have the substantive elements that the more selective schools tend to find appealing, I think that the schools on your list are appropriate.

Looks good. Are you applying next year?

Yes, I will be applying next year. Right now I'm just looking to maintain my grades and focus on some activities and be as prepared as possible for the application cycle.
