Chances/ How will this look on my transcript?

I'm a UNC Chapel Hill student hoping to apply to med school next fall...(I'm taking the MCAT this summer). I just got my grades back and they are mostly A's except my 2hr lab grades for Microbio 420 ( I got a B-!). I got an A in the 3 hr lecture micro class though..How will this look on my transcript? Will it average out or will they look at each grade individually? My overall GPA is a little above a 3.6 right now and I have a lot of volunteer work btw.

TBH, Lab grades count for less than the Lecture grade so it won't look bad and most comittees don't go looking at each and every single credit score of your 120 credit college career but look at the overall GPA instead so you should be fine!
