Including the post-bac work, what do you anticipate your undergrad GPA will be by the time you are ready to apply? As you may know, international students are held to a higher standard generally, in the US med school application process. Waiting to apply until you are a permanent resident would be in your best interests, considering your GPA will still likely be below average after your repair efforts. A great MCAT score will help a lot, but Yale is probably a long shot.

With a 35 MCAT, your projected GPA, and permanent residency, you have a good chance to get in somewhere in the US.
