Hello everyone, I am currently a junior with a cGPA of 3.23 and a 3.3 sGPA. I had a rough start to college because I did not know what I wanted to do. I plan on taking the DAT next summer shooting for a 20+. I have about 30-40 hours of shadowing an orthodontist and will begin shadowing a general dentist in a couple weeks. I hold an officer position in an honor society, a director position in the pre-dental club, and volunteer at least once a month. What are my chances of getting accepted? Any suggestions? Can't say without DAT scores (everyone shoots for 20+). But the nice part of being in school is you can still make a dent in your GPA so strive for 4.0's to boost your GPA's and you'll be competitive.

Check predents.com for the school stats and check out other predents stats those who previously got into dental schools. You'll see you're not far off with your stats. You should be fine if you get 20+. Good luck.
